“Growth culture: A growth organizational culture consists of employees that build their mindset and capacity to see through blind spots and acknowledge problems and potential solutions”

I consider this to be one of the main points. Through this way of being, evolution is possible. Nothing happens when you’re comfortable for too long. You have to go further, look for innovation, novelties, keep up to date with trends and promises for the future.
Digitalization is a world that is advancing constantly and very quickly. You really need to maintain a growth mindset and culture if you want to stay active.
