i agree, trainers need to keep learning, though sometimes not all learning methods are equally effective. Stuff like formal courses and conferences can teach you a lot, but just watching other trainers without a “map” or reading might not be that efficient. It’s important to mix it up and find the right balance for your own growth as an educator.

Yes, students do get theoretical knowledge, but it’s complemented by invaluable hands-on training, work placements, and apprenticeships. One of the fantastic things about VET programs is that they don’t just rely on traditional classroom teaching methods.
